  1. Spending time with family and friends is always worth than any precious things in life. My prayers for your pappa and mamma. Feeling sad that you could not complete BarAThon this time. But it’s ok. Stay happy always, dear.

Don’t ask where June went! It has been so hectic.
Love that Do what you love photo! Glad to hear that VT’s exams went well! Family time is always so welcome, no?

    Workouts–20 days is GOOD, Parul!

I wish you a wonderful July! After a long time, today evening was rainless, at least in our part of town! Hugs! Thank you for being part of the Gratitude Circle!

  5. Not sure myself where the 30 days of June went.. Thats great family time you have had Parul.. On my side I spent loads of time with the kids , with husband not being around. I realised the simple joys of playing with them , and that they would be children only once. Might as well enjoy the moments right!!! But definetely a fulfilling month and glad I have these small pleasures of life around me.

We all are grateful for family. In June I’m grateful that my father survived his heart attack and that I could be around to help him .

  7. Soumya says:

Millets and Flaxseeds are going to continue to be a part of diet too. Workout took a backseat this month as I was battling migraine on and off.

How’s the latest season of Prison Break? I loved the first two seasons, but the third one was just bleh. Have you watched House Of Cards yet? Try it.

Wow that was an energetic post, happy to hear about your parents! its a blessing to have them in our lives; I miss my parents as they are no longer on this earth, my dad left earlier than my mom, my mother was regular in visiting me and and used to stay with me.. she too passed away in 2003. I am grateful for both of them in my life and they have helped me in my journey towards growth. I like the expression of how your work has helped with bread and peace for the soul… I have similar sentiments for the work I do . Thanks for sharing your gratitude list.

Having parents over at home is so wonderful. Glad that you all had a great time together.
After having watched Orange is the New Black, Prison Break is on my wish list. Hope to binge watch it sometimes. Sticking to fitness regime is something on my mind too. Have a great July, Parul.

Spending time with family is so much fun. I really miss that. We started watching prison break again. It’s quite engaging even the second time. Wonderful things to be grateful about. Hope you have a great July.

Ah, having family over is the best. I also get to host my family mostly for 2-3 days and those days are precious. Happy to know about your diet and good show with your Yoga. Glad that work is going well for you. I am excited for you for July as you have so much to look forward to. Have a great month ahead, Parul.

Great list Parul. Iam grateful that my friends visited our home in June and we travelled to some great places.

  18. I think it’s wonderful that you write out a gratitude list for each month. I have a blog post started about things I am grateful for/ make me happy– really must get it finished! Sounds like you had a lovely month with family; is there anything better than a home and heart full of joy? I think not! I, too, am grateful for blogging, and all the wonderful people– like you!– I’ve met because of it. 🙂

It is great to maintain a monthly gratitude list..loved this one..I also feel lethargic the days I do not go for morning walks, now with the monsoon in Mumbai, I am missing my walk…It is great to have family around..

Great to see this post Parul. All fitness enthusiasts suffer from this issue. If you don’t work out, you feel guilty. Happy to see that you are striking a good balance in your life.

  23. Traci York says:

Great gratitude list, and it’s so awesome you got to spend time with your parents!

I’d have to say, with how many unusually warm days we had last month (and how ridiculously warm it was today 92F/33C), I’m extremely grateful for our air conditioners! 😀

  25. It seems that you had an eventful month filled with so many things and family visiting, watching Prison break and exercise. I couldn’t do my yoga practice fully this week since I am having a bad pain. I shall work out tomorrow morning. A lovely post.
