#MicroblogMondays – Being Zen

They say change is the only constant in the world and that it is inevitable. Change moves you away from the comfort zone and it makes you do something that you were not prepared for. Change brings in newness and not knowing what the future beholds, rocks the boat and that is certainly uncomfortable.

How do I deal with change?

Well, being Zen is my mantra. Feel at ease with what is new around, understand why the change is happening and what hidden positives it is bringing with itself, flow with the flow, grasp the present state and take each day as it come. It’s not easy but it is possible. Whatever happens, happens for a reason and the reason is always for better.

Least to say, that’s what I believe in.

  1. It really depends on the glasses we wear on our minds which governs how we interpret change. I feel accepting change outside is still easy for people to bear with, what can be difficult is to accept that they have to change something in themselves.

  2. That’s a great illustration. Gets right to the point. 🙂 I like change. I wouldn’t necessarily say “change” though… maybe, advancement, or improvement. I can’t put myself in stagnant situations. Onward and upward!
