One can find a temple in almost every nook and corner of Bangalore. Sometimes you see very small ones with a lamp and few incense sticks and sometimes you get to visit the famous ones like the Iskon.
I spotted this one in Shivajinagar which is one of the most busy areas of Bangalore and luckily for me, a couple of neat shots I got showed vibrancy and the architectural beauty.

I am trying to find beauty in my surroundings. It’s an intentional effort but it is getting me closer to my own self. It’s like making every day count and memorable. I am beginning to appreciate things and people more and I think it’s a good way to stay positive and hopeful.
What are you doing to make your everyday count?
This post is Wordless Wednesday #26.
That is beautiful! I love the colors and the architecture.

I am making a conscious decision to make everyday count. Love the image. Often we do not stop and appreciate what is around us. It is commonplace and we take it for granted. I am guilty.

We had one very close to our place when we were in Ulsoor, Bangalore in 2009.
I am enjoying reading and writing just once or so a week (as i have always done)…that keeps me entertained 🙂

I admire the architecture of temples, their beauty. When I was younger, I used to click pics of the temples when I went to Kerala, or out with friends & family even to other states. I visit Shivajinagar often, of course. I’ve seen this temple, but your picture somehow adds to its beauty. 🙂 Loved it.
