I know I talk about this often but the question stays.
What do I write?
- Personal stories are too much information.
- Travel stories seem like a dream from the past.
- For facts, Google is the boss.
- I don’t cook so I don’t have recipes to share.
- This is not a fashion blog and I am no fashionista.
- Poetry is not my cup of tea.
- I already have pictures here and there will be a tree on Thursday.
So what’s my food for thought today?
I believe that not having an opinion is an opinion. Having nothing to say also says something and even when there is nothing to write, there can be something to write.
Writing a microblog after long and linking up with Mel’s Microblog Mondays #341
I love this, Parul! I often think that if I don’t have anything to write, I can write about not having anything to write. Or lists. Lists are always good. You got them both in one post! Great job. lol

Did I smile while reading your post? Yes, I did. Your questions are exactly my dilemma too. Nothing which mattered in the previous years matters now in the present in the same way. Life has moved forward. Pandemic has changed something inside us. I feel as if it has killed us and has given us a new birth.
May be, we should just write about having nothing to write and then one thing will be for sure that some writing will take place on the blog 😀

When I saw your like on the WordPress notification, you wouldn’t believe I was waiting to read your comment. I am glad I made you smile 🙂
And yes, starting this March, I really want to write twice a week on this blog so this was just an attempt. I hope to get better with time Anamika. I am happy to see you here. It’s been long and I miss reading you and your comments. ❤

This is my kind of post, Parul. I am so glad you expressed your thoughts. 🙂
I experience this dilemma, too, Parul. Lately, I have been going through a phase where poetry is not coming to me. I am trying hard to write. Earlier I used to write about Kanna and his chit chats. But as the kids are growing up they don’t like me sharing about their banters on my blog. I don’t like giving parenting advices or any advices for that matter on my blog. But I’m somehow managing to write some random thoughts on my blog as part of #FictionMonday and #SoulfulSunday. I think finally somehow we will end up writing something.
I am hoping that I will get to read you regularly now. Fingers crossed. Will be joining T#ThursdayTreeLove shortly. 😊

Gosh you said it! I’ve been trying to be more regular on the blog and I keep wondering what to write about. I have the time, a million thoughts on my mind and yet at times I’m unable to write!
Like you said – Having nothing to say also says something and even when there is nothing to write, there can be something to write.

Ah ha thats my story as well. Just that , similar to how you have trees, I have books. So keep putting them up. Not many read it, But then it serves as a journal for me.
