“What sets you apart can sometimes feel like a burden and it’s not. And a lot of the time, it’s what makes you great.” —Emma Stone
Very recently, after a group workout class, I was resting and waiting for my ride back home. I noticed this tree’s canopy right infront of me. I have known this tree but it always looked the usual since I would cross this one to either get into the class or to get going home. On this day, when I sat down and looked, I saw a canopy that was at one level parallel to the earth. It was unique and felt beautiful. I know the picture doesn’t do a lot of justice but here it is for you see it.
Thursday Tree love is a photo feature hosted on this blog on every 2nd and 4th Thursday of a month. The next edition will go live on May 11, 2023. If you would like to play along, post a picture of a tree on your blog, tell me where did you spot the tree and link it back to this post.
If you don’t see the pingback, please leave a link to your post in my comments section. Please make sure that your post’s link is showing up on this latest edition. I will link your posts on my blog in the next edition and spread some love. Let’s come together to appreciate the beautiful nature around us.

Lovely tree. I don’t know what’s been happening with my comments on your TTL posts. Apparently, the comment from last month’s tree love “vanished.” I’m just going to sit this one here without a link and see if it sticks.

It did! I am seeing the comment.

Beautiful words and so very true, Parul! Often, we fail to see the beauty before us in our everyday life but a chance encounter opens our eyes to the beauty and how the very ordinary can somehow stand out as unique then. Loved the quote as much. 🙂
My #treelove link for the April 13 #TTL edition is here: https://mysoultalks.com/from-gods-own-country-thursday-tree-love-2023-5/. I thought I’ll share it here, just in case you’d like to include it in your next post.

Yes, that is noticeable only on a closer look. I guess constant vehicle and people movement under it must have ‘trimmed’ the canopy into this shape. It has a nice dense cooling shade. Here is my tree https://yenforblue.blogspot.com/2023/04/beautiful-cousins-thursdaytreelove.html

I forgot to share my tree post last week. In fact, after finishing up the post I forgot to hit publish. 🙄 Anyway, here it is: https://thevoidthoughts.com/2023/04/29/ordinary-days-thursdaytreelove/
