Most of us believe in God and that one power taking care of us day in and day out..

Many of us start our day by chanting God’s name, listening to bhajans or simply lighting an incense in front of Him. Some frequent churches and attend a mass and some don’t miss the Friday namaaz. It’s all because we believe in God’s power and that we are His beings.

Vikas and I have been coming to this one Ganpati Temple every weekend now for the last 7 years now. We love this temple and you know it cos I have never been more religious and regular. This temple gets a good footfall and all big poojas including homas and vehicle pooja is a common sight! We too got our car here for a pooja! 😀

This Sunday, when we were there, I came across the most innocent God believer..

This little chap had come with his parents and was the owner of a super cool bicycle. This little boy’s parents were merely clicking pictures and the Pandit ji was interacting with this little boy who was following all rituals of getting his bicycle worshiped in the most elaborate fashion you can imagine!

I am sure the little boy must have seen vehicles – cars and bikes at this temple getting worshiped and must have asked his parents for one! Obviously, the parents obliged!

That’s what faith is! 🙂
