Life has got a perfect ring to it. From the moment we are born to life’s last – there is a ring to it. But only if we try to listen to the ring, only if we take time to stop by and observe, only if we want that melodious ring in life.
I feel there is a nice ring to,
- smiles that warm my day and make my heart grow fonder,
- that sound of rain and those rain drops falling in my balcony,
- beep of the text message that tells me “Salary Credited”,
- greenery around and that rainbow in the sky,
- when a long weekend approaches and I know I can take it easy and relax.
For you, what has got a nice ring to it?
I am tagging this post for both #MicroblogMondays and #MondayMusings.

It’s amazing how are senses remember so much!

Yes, as if those memories have roots some where else.

Our memories have so many senses they are hooked into…a certain song, a smell, a great taste.

Love these rings! I look forward to the ring of my first post-summer paycheck… some long-awaited rain in the garden, and the roll of distant thunder. Oh, and the sound of my baby, wherever he/she may be if at all in this moment, when I first hold him or her. That’s the one that will have the best ring to it.

I am upbeat about spending this week with just two of us, Dhruv and I, for company to each other with husband being away. I can see myself doing certain stuff which I don’t get to do in the normal run, for once getting a lot of relaxed time 😀 😛

Smiles- Check. Rainbow – Check. Long weekend- Check. We have more snow than rain here, so can’t say much about the sound of raindrops, but I used to love the smell of the soil when it rained.

I love that smell too. Snow – I haven’t seen that much but it should be good. Isn’t it?

Love this entry. So simple and yet something that everyone can instantly identify with. Would definitely like to expand it into a post on my blog someday.

I love the ring that a storm has at night, and the sound of cicadas and frogs in the evenings.

The ring in my head when I get an idea for a blog post and when the ring of the phone when my loved ones call :). Sitting so far away, it’s always lovely to hear their voice :D.
