Men’s health needs as much attention as women’s. Movember is an annual event that involves growing Moustaches during the 30 days of November and hence the name – Movember to raise awareness about men’s health, testicular and prostate cancer, mental health issues and everything else under the Sun that is important to keep men cognizant of their health, importance of staying fit and as an outcome living longer.

My husband celebrates Movember all year round (smile) but seriously…if he hadn’t gone to the doctor some years ago, things may have been quite different for him. Or for the men I know, including a cousin, who have gone for checkups and found they had prostate cancer. This is a must, taking care of health, and I’ve shared this on social media.

So relevant, Parul. Yes, men’s health issues sometimes get lost in the good noise about women’s issues.

woaa there are so many types of moustaches. My hubby kept it last year… I couldn’t look at him after two weeks. 😛 A lot of men here are taking part in Movember.

Ha ha! I can understand that. VT stops shaving out of laziness and that irritates me 😛

Movember or not, I always like men with a two day old stubble. Not the ones who look like baba Ramdev though! A stubble makes a man look mature and serious. I like that! I hate clean shaven men. Something every chiknaish and gayish about them 😛
