  1. Love it. Quite similar to the phone I found. I hope they make a comeback.

  2. Oooh, it has been ages since I saw this kind of a phone. And I love the caption too, though my version of it is – Sometimes communicating can set a lot of things right 😀

  3. Mahn, I used to like dialling on this telephone! I used to offer to dial numbers for anyone and everyone at home 😀

  4. Beautiful phrase, beautiful shot. That phone certainly is one that you don’t see too often these days. They are going out of fashion, but yet, they have their rightful place in history and a reminder of how far we’ve come in terms of communication 🙂

  5. Oh! Do you still have phones like those? :). Not sure if I have seen phones like these in my life time. But quite agree to that quote, a phone call for sure can set things right. I particularly vouch for it more than WhatsApp messages or even emails as a lot can be lost in non – verbal communication.

  6. Am waiting for the phone to ring… since past so many years.. to let me experience its tingling sound once again and without knowing / or seeing the saved name behind, pick up and say hello with a question and then find someone on the other end who was just missing me & called up to know of my whereabouts. It did not happen. Called few technicians also. One just left immediately after seeing it. Some say the technology is gone. Some pulse thing is outdated or blah blah.. It will not ring, ever. Are you on drugs? Strange fellow – What has drugs to do with phone ringing and hearing friends? Anyways, 6 years back I gave up wishing friends on the other side. Now I can live even with a wrong number. But technicians’ answers are still the same. Let me buy a new phone and wait another 10-15 years.

  7. I really like this type of telephone for some reason. Perhaps it’s the physical aspect of rotating each number in order to dial. You feel a sense of connection. How’s the quality of the phone calls, I wonder?
