On my last day in Minneapolis, AZ and AVW took me around the St Paul landmarks. I had a chance to visit the Farmers’ Market and then we drove up the grand Minnesota State Capitol to have a quick look. It was a beautiful building in an even more beautiful surrounding. The gardens were landscaped and there was also this helicopter model right up at the front.
The architecture looked beautiful. Modern yet with a touch of history. If I get to visit again, I would love to click some shots up close and of that dome. Until then, let’s admire how beautiful government buildings can look.
Also, huge thanks to AZ and AVW for showing me around. I wouldn’t have known of this gem any other way.

Doesn’t this look like the white house? Okay, it not white in the real sense. I wonder if the government does use all those rooms which appear to be too many.
