I spotted this letter box in Hong Kong when I visited the country in 2015. Like it happens sometimes, this picture was in my archives waiting to see the light of day. When I stumbled upon this today, I realized how different countries use different colors on the letter boxes. India has red letter boxes.

This is such a cute letter box! These days, we rarely find the letter boxes we so fancied as children, who wrote letters to their pen friends. When I do spot one today, it just transports me to my charming childhood days!

Arey this is strange. I can never imagine a letterbox any colour other than red, not that you see too many of those any longer.

I agree with Tullika – I havent ever seen any other color apart from red and I had thought thats the colour dedicated to them. This one is interesting and kudos for noticing it Parul
