It’s time for the International Blog Delurking Week -2021. If you have been around, you know this is an annual ritual at this space.
Every year during the first week of January, I invite you to delurk and say hello to me. I know you stop by, sometimes read a few posts here and there and then you head off. But during this week, I love knowing who knocked at my door and stopped by.
I have been blogging now for almost 8 years and there are days I wonder whether this space is good enough to invest time and money. So when you stop by, it makes me feel good and loved.
So say hello, hola or what ever suits you best!
If you are someone who likes to go the extra mile, tell me what makes you come back to this space (if at all). No pressure and no compulsion to answer that.
So do we have a deal? Will you say hello and let me say thanks?
If you are a blogger and would like to join any time during the week, feel free to use the badge above and link to this post. If you don’t see a pingback, please leave a comment with you post’s link. And guess what? I promise I won’t lurk.

I like that you do this every year! I definitely notice a drop in blog engagement but it’s still nice to have the space to write

Thanks Sanch! Yes – I have been struggling to find time but like I said last year I am committed and won’t give up so easily 🙂

Hello Parul,
I like the cheery, perky side of your blog and the unique shots that you share with us. Being a tree lover, I am a huge fan of your #TTL though I don’t manage to link up as often as I’d like to. But whenever I’m out, I’m on the look out for Trees/a tree that will adorn your prompt. 🙂
I love the honesty and clarity with which you curate each post of yours, so there! 🙂

Hey Parul. I love your light on head posts and the way you share your gratitude. From the last few months, I am spending more time on my podcast but somehow I dont want to let go of this space too. But you do keep updating this space more often. Good wishes.

Hi Parul, I get what you say about staying relevant and of value (have had these doubts myself a great many times).
I found you towards the end of 2019, courtsey TTL and wondered why I didnt find you earlier! I’ve been blogging since 2009 and have so many posts dedicated to trees and plants but somehow seemed to have missed out on TTL. Now, I look forward to those, especially coz i get to feast on trees/tree stories from around the world 🙂 Thank you Parul.

“International Blog Delurking Week” – I love it!! What a great idea! I admit, I’ve been a lurker on your blog. I don’t remember what exactly brought me here the first time, but it was probably a link to the trees. 🙂 Thank you for sharing them – and for inspiring me to stop lurking, if only for a moment.

Happy new year, Parul. Certainly, I’m not regular with participating TTL, partly because I’m unable to find right words for the pictures. I have tons of tree pictures, by the way! Will join in whenever I have meaningful to share with TT lovers.

Well, it took me until the end of the week, but I finally got my own post out & I’m here to officially “delurk”!
I’m so glad you decided to host this again, and I’ve been extremely guilty as of late of “reading & running.” However, every time I see a new post from you pop up in my WP Reader, I know I’m in for some wonderful photography and a positive (and sometimes thought provoking) post. Thank you as well for the reminder on Twitter, so I wouldn’t miss this opportunity to say how happy I am we connected all those years ago, and even happier we’ve reconnected again this past year.
I wish you much happiness and blessings to you and yours in this new year!
Last but not least, my last minute contribution –
