Onam just went by but the memories from the day and festivities are here to stay. Looking back, it was first in 2014 that my friend LP shared her pookalams (floral decorations) with me. Year on year whenever it was possible, I have posted her 10 days of floral decorations with you all.
When we were talking one evening, LP mentioned that Onam is not just a festival. It’s a sentiment. That made me think of all the festivals and important days that we celebrate and come together as a family. We make memories and then decades later when we look back, we see the good times we had. Don’t we?
