India’s most loved President, most famous Scientist, teacher, author and a noble man was laid to rest this week. He was the one who people of my generation will remember till we are alive.
So this Sunday Punch is my tribute to the man who dared to dream.

I was in 9th standard when one day, on a morning walk, I saw Mr Kalam Walking too. (I lived in he DRDO Township Bangalore, and Mr. Kalam was then the head of DRDO) I recognized him because I had seen his pictures and dad had mentioned he will be visiting bangalore. But yet, It took me a minute to register that i was actually looking at Mr Kalam, The Head of DRDO. It was a big deal even then, because Agni the Missile had been
tested successfully and he was all over the news, and yet, there he was, solemnly enjoying a morning walk in the campus, no security nothing!
Gem of a man!
