Parul I think you and I are on the same wavelength because I wrote my post yesterday inspired as I was by my last week’s visit to Bhuleshwar. And today after I posted it and visited your post I was amazed that my tree too had something to do with worship !
And as you pointed out 26th post on 26th! There’s something to be said for synchronicity.

Nice shot and it reminds my childhood days spent in my native. A tree with a small temple to worship, located near Kaveri river. Feeling nostalgic.

Trees and Hinduism form a strong bond. Out here it is a temple bonded with a tree, often people worship just a tree. Trees like Peepul and Banyan have strong bonding with our religion, life and culture.
